How to communicate, negotiate and complete orders on the platform.
Use the offer chat
Once an offer is sent, the musician and creator have a chat for it. Continue there to discuss the video idea, clarify the brief and ask questions. In your response, explain what you propose for this particular track. Do not replace this with mass advertising or a Telegram invitation.

Save the agreed terms
Agree on the track, format, video count, price and deadline before accepting. Use the offer’s negotiation feature to change the price. A chat message alone does not update the saved terms. Check the offer before accepting: acceptance may trigger payment from the musician’s balance.
Pay and deliver through the order
Check the payment method in the order terms. The creator starts once the order is paid and in progress. After publishing, attach video links to the order and submit for review. A chat link does not replace submission. The record of terms, payments and results helps support investigate disputes and reduces scam risks, but does not guarantee a dispute-free outcome or a particular view count. If the order terms provide for direct payment, follow that payment process. This supported mode does not permit moving communication and the deal to private messages.
Keep the deal on the platform
Keep collaborations that start on IWBL on IWBL. Moving the deal to Telegram, WhatsApp, other private messages or payment that bypasses the order terms is prohibited. Breaking these rules may lead to an account ban. Published video links for delivery, the official IWBL notification bot and contacting support are not considered moving a deal off the platform.
Respect each other’s work
The team invests time and effort in musician and creator discovery, chat, negotiation, payments and support to make working together easier. Please respect that work by completing deals found on IWBL within the platform.
If someone asks to move to private messages
Suggest continuing in the offer chat and saving the terms through IWBL. If someone insists on leaving the platform or asks for payment that bypasses the order terms, contact [email protected]. Include the offer or order number and keep the conversation.
