How to complete orders on the platform

From discussing the price to submitting your video: agree with the musician, publish the result and send it for review.

1. Before accepting: check the brief

Open the track and its TikTok sound. Clarify the idea, excerpt, number of videos, deadline and publication requirements. Choose a format that fits your content. Ask about anything unclear before agreeing.

Message example: “Hi! I suggest a short story with a transition into the chorus. Do you need a particular caption, tag or excerpt? Am I right that you need one video?”

2. Agree on price and scope

Explain your price in terms of format and scope: how many videos you will make and what is included. Do not promise guaranteed views for a per-video order. Submit a counterprice and video count through the offer negotiations; a chat message alone does not change the order terms.

Message example: “For two videos with different ideas, my total price is … . Alternatively, I can make one video for … . I will submit these terms in the negotiation so we both see the final scope.” Check whether the displayed price is per video or for the whole order before accepting.

3. Check that the order is ready for work

An accepted offer is not the same as a paid order. Open the resulting order and check its status and agreed terms. If payment is pending, wait until the order moves into work. A promise in chat is not payment confirmation. Off-platform payment follows the terms of that order.

Once work starts, write: “I can see the order and have checked the requirements. I plan to publish on … . I will message here if I have questions about the idea.” Use the deadline in your order, not this guide.

4. Be specific and communicate early

Keep work-related discussion in the offer or order chat so the agreement can be found during a review. Discuss ideas, not personal qualities. If the musician suggests a different format, clarify whether it fits the agreed scope; do not silently change the terms.

If you expect a delay, say so before the deadline: “I cannot finish by the agreed date because … . I can finish on … . Would that work for you?” A message does not automatically extend the deadline: use the available order actions or contact support.

5. Prepare and publish the video

Before publishing, check the agreed sound, the intended excerpt, and the video and caption requirements. Publish from the agreed TikTok account. Open the published link and check that the video is available to viewers.

Do not substitute a similar sound or submit someone else’s video. If the agreed sound is unavailable, pause and discuss a solution with the musician before publishing.

6. Submit the result through the order

Publishing on TikTok does not automatically complete an order. Add the video link in the order. For multiple videos, attach a separate link to each corresponding slot. Once all links are attached, use the order action to submit the videos for review.

A chat message does not replace submission through the order. Then write: “The videos are published, linked in the order and submitted for review. I have completed the agreed brief and will be available for any questions.” Check that the order is now waiting for the musician’s review.

7. Revisions, questions and review

If the work is returned for revision, read the reason and clarify which requirement needs fixing. Update the relevant links after making changes and submit the result for review again. If a request exceeds the agreed scope, compare it calmly with the saved terms and discuss a solution.

If the musician suspects artificial engagement, suggest a review and provide available facts, links and statistics when the administrator asks. Do not buy views or reactions. Do not delete or restrict the result contrary to the order terms.

Before submitting: a quick check

Correct track and sound; agreed account; correct video count; completed brief; accessible links; every link attached to the order; result submitted for review; a clear message sent to the musician.

This is practical guidance for per-video orders, not a new agreement. Pay-per-view campaigns work differently: check the specific campaign terms. If there is a disagreement, refer to the saved order terms and contact support through the platform.
