How payouts work

Who to name as the recipient, why identity verification is required, which payout methods are available, and when to expect your money.

You can withdraw your IWBL earnings once they are credited to your available balance. Enter the recipient and payment details, complete identity verification, and submit a withdrawal request. IWBL processes payouts through the payment provider EasyStaff.

Whose details should I enter?

Enter the real person who will receive the money. If that is you, use your own details. If another person receives the money, enter their details and payment information belonging to them. That person must complete identity verification themselves. The recipient must be at least 18 years old.

Use the recipient’s real first name, last name, date of birth, and address. Enter names using Latin letters A–Z, preserving the spelling of the name in their documents. A TikTok nickname, channel name, or invented name is not suitable. Email verification uses the email on your IWBL account.

Once the identity is verified, you can add payout methods for the same person. To change the recipient, contact IWBL support: a separate approval and new identity verification are required.

Why is KYC identity verification required?

KYC helps confirm who receives the money, check the recipient’s age, and reduce the risk of fraud. Verifying a TikTok account confirms control of that profile, but does not replace verification of the payout recipient’s identity.

IWBL directs the recipient to Didit. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify the document and the person’s identity. Submit documents through the Didit form, rather than sending them to a musician or in chat.

The payout details must match the person being verified. If you are asked to correct information, check which fields differ. Contact support if document recognition is wrong or the spelling of a name needs review. A payout cannot be sent until identity verification is approved. Subsequent payouts to the same verified recipient usually do not require repeating this check.

Which methods are available?

IWBL supports Visa, Mastercard and MIR cards, SBP, and USDT or USDC on Ethereum ERC-20. PayPal is currently unavailable. Whether a particular transfer is possible depends on the country, bank, and payment provider’s restrictions.

For a card, enter its number. SBP requires a phone number, bank, and recipient details. For cryptocurrency, select the correct coin and use an address on the supported Ethereum ERC-20 network. An address on another network, such as Tron, is not supported.

Choose from the methods listed in the IWBL form. Not every method listed on EasyStaff’s website is connected to IWBL.

Can I receive money on a local-currency card?

A US dollar card is not required. You can enter the recipient’s local-currency card if its bank and the payment provider support the transfer. When funds arrive, the bank may automatically convert them into the account currency under its own rules and exchange rate. Check incoming-transfer support and conversion terms with the bank.

Your IWBL balance and withdrawal request are shown in US dollars. For MIR and SBP, the provider converts the payout into rubles before sending it. The amount credited to your account may differ because of conversion and bank fees.

How do I request a withdrawal?

Open your balance, choose withdrawal and a saved payout method. Check the recipient, payment details, amount, and displayed fees, then confirm the request. If email or identity verification is required, complete those steps first.

IWBL reviews the request and sends it to EasyStaff for payment. Processing uses the integration, so you do not need to create a separate EasyStaff task for every withdrawal. Follow the request status and IWBL notifications.

When will the money arrive?

Transfers usually take 1 to 3 business days after the payout is handed to the payment provider. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. Identity verification and request review happen before that handoff and may take additional time.

An estimated arrival date appears in the payout status after provider handoff. A bank or payment system may need more time if it requests additional information. If the expected date has passed, check your notifications and contact IWBL support at [email protected] with the withdrawal request number.

How do I document earnings and declare taxes?

You can document order income using payout records and declare it under the rules of your country. The recipient is responsible for their tax status, reporting, and tax payments. An IWBL or provider fee does not mean income tax has already been paid.

Keep payout documents and evidence of funds received. Our tax article explains where to find EasyStaff contracts and invoices and how they help with income records. Check applicable rates and deadlines with your tax authority or an accountant.
