What happens next
Your track is ready for promotion.
An offer is only an agreement. No money is charged. An order appears after both sides accept the terms.

Agree on the price, videos, task, and deadline here.
Order awaiting payment
You agreed, but it is too early to start filming.
Musician paid
The money is on IWBL. Filming can start now.
Result accepted
The order is complete. The creator can access the money.
Find your situation below. We will tell you what to do next.
You received a new price or new terms. Open “Needs your response.” Accept, decline, or keep negotiating there.
Where to find it: Deals → Offers → Needs your response
Check offersThe musician still needs to pay. Do not start filming yet.
Where to find it: Deals → Orders → Awaiting payment
Open unpaid ordersOpen the order and click “Edit video.” Replace the link and submit the video again.
Where to find it: Deals → Orders → active order
Open ordersOpen the order and chat first. Still cannot solve it? Click “Call administrator.” They will check the task, chat, and video.

Open order
