This policy describes when you can request a refund for services purchased on IWBL.

1. Digital Services (No Shipping)

IWBL provides digital services delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.

2. When a Full Refund Is Available

You may request a full refund if the content creator/performer does not deliver the agreed service within the promised timeframe (typically within 7 days after order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed).

3. How We Verify Non-Delivery

Before approving a refund, we may verify:

• order status in the system,

• communication history related to the order,

• whether required inputs were provided by the customer on time.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send a request through our support contact with:

• your account email,

• order ID,

• short description of the issue.

5. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider/bank.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage contacting support before opening a dispute with your payment provider. We will work to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
