IWBL is an online platform and digital-services marketplace for promoting music tracks through content creators, including TikTok creators and their managers. The Service helps musicians and music labels publish tracks, find creators, send and negotiate offers, run campaigns, exchange campaign materials, attach videos, and receive performance reporting. IWBL is not a music distributor, record label, publisher, talent agency, or rights-management organization and does not place tracks on streaming platforms. IWBL does not sell physical goods or place advertising in media on its own behalf; services are delivered online through the platform.
You may need an account to use certain features. By creating an account or using paid features, payouts, orders, or campaigns, you confirm that you are allowed to enter into contracts and control the relevant materials and funds in your jurisdiction either independently or through a legal representative. If a user is a minor or has limited legal capacity, their legal representative must provide the required consent, be responsible for account activity, accept IWBL terms, provide data and documents for verification, and receive or arrange payouts in a manner permitted by law and by the payment or payout provider's rules. IWBL may request confirmation of age, legal-representative authority, consent, KYC, or payout entitlement and may restrict paid features or withdrawals until that verification is complete. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials secure. If you act on behalf of an artist, label, creator, or creator team, you confirm that you have authority to do so. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must not create multiple accounts, use another person's account, transfer your account to a third party, or bypass blocks, limits, checks, fees, referral rules, or IWBL decisions through a new or third-party account without IWBL's prior consent.
Offers, negotiations, orders, paid-per-video campaigns, and paid-by-views campaigns are handled in the Service under the terms shown in the relevant offer, order, or campaign. Delivery is digital: posting or attaching videos, links, status updates, reporting, and analytics. If no specific timeline is stated, typical fulfillment time is within 7 days after an order is confirmed, unless the parties agree otherwise. An accepted or paid video must remain public, reviewable, and with statistics visible to the extent needed for verification for at least 30 days after the result is accepted or the payout is credited, unless the order or campaign terms require a longer period. After verification, the user must not delete, hide, privatize, or materially change the video, description, caption, hashtags, sound, watermark, promotional phrase, or other required elements without IWBL's or the relevant counterparty's consent.
Payments, balances, payouts, and refunds may be processed through third-party payment, acquiring, and contractor-service providers, including the selected payment provider, PayPal, and EasyStaff UAB, and in internal Service records. IWBL is not a bank, payment system, money-transfer service, e-wallet, investment, crowdfunding, or financial platform. Internal balances, fund reservations, credited amounts, and settlement records shown in the interface are not bank accounts, electronic money, deposits, securities, financial assets, or standalone payment instruments; they are used only to account for digital services, orders, campaigns, fees, refunds, and payouts within IWBL. Users must not make direct money transfers to each other through the Service or use balances outside IWBL. IWBL internal prices, balances, and settlements may be displayed in USD because the service works with international users. If payment is accepted through a payment provider or another local acquiring method, before confirming payment the user sees the currency and final charge amount, including a KZT equivalent where required by the payment provider or bank. For creator payouts, EasyStaff UAB acts as B2B contractor to the IWBL legal entity named as customer in the documents for the particular payout: ordinarily IWBL, LLC, or, where the corresponding LLC channel is temporarily unavailable, IWBL LLP acting under a separate intercompany agreement with IWBL, LLC. EasyStaff may engage creators selected through IWBL as independent subcontractors and settles with them independently. Actions in IWBL record the operational task and result; following completion and approval, this data may be transmitted to EasyStaff through the API for task documentation, invoicing, and payout. IWBL participation terms are not a direct services agreement between the creator and either IWBL, LLC or IWBL LLP, and the internal balance does not create a direct monetary claim against those companies. EasyStaff documents govern subcontractor onboarding, KYC, the formal task, fees, conversion, taxes, and transfer. To receive a payout, a creator may need an EasyStaff account, KYC verification, and acceptance of EasyStaff documents. IWBL calculates the IWBL fee and the amount transferred or initiated for payout, but does not calculate intermediary bank, payment-system, or payout-provider fees, conversion, or the recipient country's tax regime. The recipient is responsible for taxes, reporting, and other obligations related to the income received; the amount actually received may be lower than the amount sent for payout. The user is responsible for having an available and valid payout method in their country and for complying with the selected payout provider's rules. If payout is impossible because of the user's country, provider restrictions, provider-account limitations, failed KYC, sanctions, banking, or other external restrictions, IWBL has no obligation to provide an alternative payout method or compensate for the inability to receive funds, except where required by applicable law. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the order amount, campaign amount, fees, and applicable taxes/charges if they are shown before payment or required by Service rules. Payouts may depend on order verification, video statuses, statistics, campaign rules, anti-fraud and KYC checks, refunds, chargebacks, and the relevant provider's requirements. Amounts shown in a creator's balance are provisional until verification is complete and payout is actually made; IWBL may withhold, recalculate, reverse, or claw back amounts if there is a rule violation, suspected fraud, statistics error, technical failure, chargeback, refund, video removal or alteration, or if the video later becomes unavailable or ineligible for the campaign. If amounts have already been withdrawn or the balance is insufficient for recovery, the debt may be offset against future payouts to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate campaign requirements, links, tracks, assets, budgets, goals, and restrictions.
• Have the necessary rights and permissions for tracks, artwork, lyrics, brands, promotional materials, and any data you submit to the Service.
• Have lawful access to the TikTok account or other profile you connect to the Service, not use another person's account, and not transfer your IWBL account to third parties.
• Not upload, promote, or order promotion of materials related to religion, religious advocacy, politics, political advocacy, socio-political movements, candidates, parties, government campaigns, or controversial socio-political topics; this includes religious music, political tracks, videos, lyrics, artwork, descriptions, and campaign requirements.
• Create unique and good-faith materials that match the specific order or campaign, including its region, language, audience, format, quality, niche, sound, and other requirements.
• Communicate promptly, review results, and avoid delaying approvals.
• Comply with TikTok rules, payment provider rules, and applicable advertising, consumer, tax, and intellectual property laws.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or misleading activities.
• Post, offer, promote, pay for, or perform tasks related to religious or political materials, including religious music, political music, advocacy materials, symbols, slogans, calls to action, support for or criticism of religions, denominations, politicians, parties, candidates, government bodies, military conflicts, or socio-political campaigns.
• Infringe copyright, neighboring rights, trademarks, contractual rights, privacy rights, rights of publicity, voice, name, account, brand, or other third-party rights.
• Use another person's account, identity, name, photo, voice, brand, or audience without a lawful basis, impersonate another person, mislead an audience, IWBL, or another deal party, or create defamatory, discrediting, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory material.
• Publish, order, perform, monetize, sell, or receive compensation for materials involving exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate or sexually explicit content, adult services, hate, violence, terrorism, extremism, drugs, or other unlawful material.
• Buy, sell, inflate, or distort views, engagement, statistics, reviews, or campaign results, including through bots, purchased views, view farms, engagement groups, like/view exchanges, irrelevant reposts, paid ads used to artificially boost a result, or any other metric-manipulation scheme.
• Submit low-quality, spammy, duplicate, unoriginal, irrelevant, misleading, adult, sexualized, violent, shocking, or other material that does not match the order, campaign, audience, platform, or IWBL brand requirements.
• Combine an order or campaign result with promotion of another brand, product, track, campaign, or commercial material unless this is expressly allowed by the task terms.
• Circumvent fees, payment rules, account limits, anti-fraud checks, or payout procedures.
• Use bots, scrapers, automated access, mass registration, reverse engineering, circumvention of technical or logical restrictions, unauthorized access, or other interference with the Service.
The website, brand, logos, design, and software are owned by IWBL or its licensors. Users keep their rights in their tracks, profiles, videos, and materials. By uploading or submitting materials to the Service, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents from rights holders, performers, authors, representatives, people appearing in the content, and account owners for their use in an order, campaign, publication, verification, reporting, promotion inside IWBL, and payouts. You grant IWBL a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, transmit the materials to the relevant counterparty, technically process, moderate, verify, and use them to perform orders, provide support, reporting, analytics, and campaign promotion inside the Service. This license is not music distribution and does not transfer ownership of your tracks to IWBL. If you believe material in IWBL infringes your rights, send a notice to [email protected] with a description of the protected work, a link to the disputed material, your contact details, proof of rights, and a good-faith statement. Repeated or material violations of third-party rights may result in removal of materials, cancellation of orders, withholding of payouts, and permanent account restrictions.
Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy page and form part of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee specific campaign results, view counts, audience growth, engagement, publication on a particular platform, continued availability of a post, TikTok or other platform algorithm behavior, streaming revenue, playlist placement, or music distribution results. Outcomes depend on content, audience, user actions, third-party platform rules, and multiple external factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IWBL shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, user actions, payment provider decisions, or changes to TikTok or other third-party platform rules. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.
We may automatically or manually review materials, profiles, tracks, campaigns, offers, chats, payments, payouts, videos, and statistics before publication, during performance, and after result verification. We may suspend or terminate access, hide public materials, reject material, temporarily restrict distribution, cancel active offers or orders, withhold, recalculate, or claw back credited amounts, delay a payout, or restrict specific features if you violate these Terms, including the ban on religious and political materials, create legal, payment, anti-fraud, or reputational risk, infringe third-party rights, delete or alter verified materials, manipulate statistics, or if required by law. IWBL may also, at its discretion, terminate access to any account without an obligation to disclose internal reasons for that decision; in that case IWBL will initiate payout of the user's available positive balance in a manner permitted by law and by the payment or payout provider's rules. Such payout may exclude amounts that are disputed, credited by mistake, blocked, refundable, subject to chargeback, clawback, withholding, debt setoff, anti-fraud, KYC, sanctions, court, rights-holder, or other mandatory review. In disputed cases, IWBL may make a final decision on whether material is eligible, whether a result counts, whether a payout or refund is due, or whether an account should be restricted, based on platform data, messages, statistics, campaign terms, and risk to the Service. If a violation occurs, we may disable the account. To request possible access restoration, the user must contact support at [email protected]; we may request additional information, documents, or verification before re-enabling the account. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer, data-protection, or other applicable laws require otherwise.
In these Terms, "User" means any person who visits or uses the Service; "Musician" means a user who submits a track, campaign, or promotion order; "Creator" or "TikToker" means a user who offers or performs content creation/publication; "Manager" means a user acting on behalf of one or more creators; "Content" means tracks, lyrics, artwork, photos, videos, links, profiles, messages, requirements, statistics, campaign materials, and other data submitted to the Service; "IWBL Documents" means these Terms, the Public Offer, Privacy Policy, payment and refund rules, service-delivery rules, the terms of a specific offer, order, or campaign, and other published IWBL rules. If the terms of a specific offer, order, or campaign conflict with the general Service description, the more specific terms of that offer, order, or campaign apply, unless they violate mandatory IWBL rules or law.
If you submit to the Service any data, materials, contacts, tracks, accounts, brands, payment details, or other information of another person, artist, label, company, manager, creator, team member, or rights holder, you confirm that you have a lawful basis and the necessary authority to do so, have obtained required consents, and have notified the relevant persons about data processing and material use within the Service. You are responsible for lack of authority, inaccurate data, infringement of third-party rights, and the consequences of submitting materials without permission.
A User must not use contacts, profiles, selections, offers, campaigns, chats, recommendations, or other information obtained through IWBL to bypass the Service, fees, payment rules, anti-fraud checks, refund procedures, or payout procedures. Moving a deal, payment, order continuation, or substantially similar work outside IWBL is prohibited if the parties found each other, negotiated terms, or started interacting through the Service, unless IWBL expressly agrees. A violation may result in cancellation of offers and orders, denial of payout or refund, reversal of credited amounts, feature restrictions, or account suspension.
IWBL recommendations, ratings, creator selections, forecasts, profile visibility, campaign priorities, anti-fraud signals, and other automated or semi-automated outputs are supporting tools. They may consider profile data, public statistics, order history, material quality, payment signals, and anti-fraud signals, but they do not guarantee accuracy, income, view counts, selection of a particular performer, order approval, payout, or commercial result. IWBL may manually review these outputs, correct errors, restrict suspicious activity, and make decisions based on the combined platform record.
The Service depends on third-party platforms and providers, including TikTok, payment and payout providers, EasyStaff, Firebase, Telegram, email providers, hosting, analytics, and anti-fraud tools. IWBL is not responsible for their outages, blocks, refusals, delays, rule changes, API changes, removal or restriction of posts, statistics errors, banking, sanctions, KYC, tax, or other external restrictions. When reviewing a dispute, refund, payout, restriction, or result acceptance, IWBL may use Service records as evidence: order and campaign statuses, offer history, messages, video links, public statistics, action logs, payment records, provider data, anti-fraud signals, change history, and support requests.
If a claim, demand, fine, dispute, or IWBL expense arises from a user's materials, lack of rights or authority, violation of law, platform rules, third-party rights, payment rules, circumvention of the Service, fraud, metric manipulation, inaccurate data, or breach of these Terms, the user must cooperate in IWBL's defense and compensate documented losses, costs, fees, refunds, chargebacks, fines, rights-holder claims, and settlement expenses to the extent permitted by law. Legally significant notices, claims, and rights-infringement notices must be sent to [email protected]. The notice should include the claimant's name, contact, link or identifier of the disputed material, description of the right or violation, supporting documents, and requested action. The parties will try to resolve disputes before court; the response period for a claim is up to 30 calendar days from receipt. IWBL may assign its rights and obligations under the IWBL Documents to another person in connection with reorganization, sale of the business or product, change of operator, transfer of infrastructure, or another lawful transfer of the Service.
