Payment and Refund

The user may pay for IWBL digital services: ordering a TikTok creator video to promote a music track, running a paid-by-views campaign, topping up the balance, and other features available in the interface. No test goods are sold; the service and amount are displayed before payment.

Before payment, the user sees the service description, amount, currency, and final charge amount. Inside IWBL, prices and balances may be displayed in USD for international settlements. For Freedom Pay acquiring, the amount to be charged is shown in tenge or with a KZT equivalent if the payment is made through that method and this is required by the payment provider or bank. Conversion and the final amount are shown before confirmation.

After selecting a service, the user proceeds to payment, checks the amount, and confirms the payment. Payment may be processed through Freedom Pay, a banking gateway, the issuing bank, and Visa or Mastercard payment systems. In some cases the bank may request 3-D Secure or another confirmation method.

Card data is entered on the payment gateway side and by banks/payment systems. IWBL stores only the required transaction statuses, amounts, and technical identifiers. CVV/CVC is not provided to IWBL in plain text.

After successful payment, IWBL updates the balance, order, campaign, or other paid object in the user's account. If the payment status does not update immediately, the user may contact support with the account email and payment description.

A refund may be available if the digital service was not provided according to the order or campaign terms, or if a refund is provided by the rules of the specific feature. The decision is made after checking the order status, correspondence, results, deadlines, and payment data.

An approved refund is usually sent to the original payment method. The crediting time depends on the bank, payment system, and payment provider. IWBL may request additional data where necessary to identify the payment, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
