2. Subject of the Offer

IWBL provides an online platform and digital-services marketplace for promoting music tracks through content creators. The Service allows users to publish tracks and campaigns, receive creator offers, create orders, negotiate, attach videos, verify results, account for payments, and receive analytics.

No physical goods are sold or shipped. The service is delivered electronically through the IWBL website, application, and related online tools. IWBL does not place advertising in media on its own behalf; the platform organizes digital collaboration between musicians and content creators.

3. Services and Prices

The website and payment interface display real available digital services: promoting a music track through a TikTok creator video order, paid-by-views campaigns, and other features available to the user at the time of ordering. Balance top-up is available only to musician accounts and is an advance payment for future IWBL digital services, not a standalone service.

The balance is an internal accounting record of the advance. It is not a bank account, electronic money, deposit, financial asset, or a means of transfer between users; it bears no interest, cannot be transferred to another user, and may be used only by the musician for orders, campaigns, fees, and other services within IWBL.

The primary internal settlement currency of IWBL is USD because the service works with international users. The price, currency, fee, amount credited to balance, final payment amount, and applicable terms are shown before payment confirmation. For payments through a payment provider, the payment form or payment interface shows the KZT equivalent and the final charge amount in tenge where required by the payment provider or bank.

4. Placing an Order

The user selects a service, specifies the track, requirements, budget, deadlines, and other parameters, then confirms the order or campaign in the IWBL interface. After payment or reservation of funds, the order moves into work according to the selected promotion model.

Order statuses, correspondence, attached materials, video links, and verification results are available in the user's account.

5. Payment

Payment for the benefit of IWBL, LLC may be accepted by Visa and Mastercard bank cards, through a payment provider, and through other methods available in the IWBL interface. The specific payment provider and final amount are identified before payment and in the provider's payment record.

Bank-card data is entered on the payment gateway side and by banks/payment systems. IWBL does not receive CVV/CVC in plain text.

6. Service Delivery

The result is provided digitally: through an order status, attached video, link to a published video, report, analytics, or another electronic confirmation of completion. Timelines depend on the specific order or campaign terms. Unless stated otherwise, the typical order completion period is 7 days after confirmation.

7. Refunds and Disputes

A refund may be available in the cases described in the refund rules and the terms of the specific service, for example where the agreed digital service was not delivered within the required timeframe. A musician may also request a refund of the unused portion of the advance balance; before refunding it, IWBL verifies that the funds have not been spent, reserved, previously refunded, or linked to a disputed or fraudulent transaction.

An approved refund is made to the original payment method where technically and legally possible and permitted by mandatory payment-provider rules. Timing depends on the bank and provider. Deductions and non-refundable costs apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms shown to the user.

8. Acceptance of the Offer

For a balance top-up, the musician accepts the current offer by clicking the button to continue to payment after the amount and terms are shown. IWBL records the user and payment IDs, offer version and language, date and time, selected provider, amount, connection IP data, User-Agent, and request ID. The offer may also be accepted by confirming an order, launching a campaign, paying for a service, or another unambiguous action connected with an IWBL paid feature.

The laws of the State of Delaware, United States apply to the parties' relationship, unless mandatory consumer, data-protection, or other applicable mandatory laws require otherwise. For questions about this offer or payments, email [email protected].
